These are a few photos that I took, and there should be some more coming as well from someone else. These photographs were taken during a quiet spell, the rest of the time I was too busy talking to everyone. Rio is the little boy in a hurry. |
Left to right: Mel from Sourton, Muriel from North Tawton and Lynda from Okehampton. Muriel is a bespoke picture framer and did a brilliant job of framing most of the paintings in the Exhibition for me. |
Left to right: my son David, Jeremy Hummerstone, and back views of Valerie and John Wray |
Here David is talking to Gwen who used to live across the road from us in Torrington, and Graznya from West Down. |
Left to right, Neil Harvey from near Batsworthy Cross, Muriel, Ivan and Diane from Ashwater and Bob Barfoot from Knowstone. |
I forgot to count, but there were about sixty or seventy people who came during the evening, and it was lovely to see them all there, on a Tuesday evening, especially those who came from a long way away, and Caroline who came from the Plough Arts Centre in Great Torrington, on the bus. A very special thanks too to Richard Usher and Rose, for all their help with hanging the paintings, I do not know how I would have managed without their help! Back |
